Originally released in 1991, Toejam and Earl were the original Hip-Hopping, funky-aliens. A sort of underwhelming game back in the day gets re-released on Xbox live arcade, not just one but two games, ToeJam & Earl and Toejam & Earl in Panic on Funkotron. With some changes made and the re-release on XBLA is it as good as you remember or does this collection deserve to phone home?
The closer we get to E3 the more exciting every day gets for gamers everything. I think it’s because we know that after E3 there is a drought that lasts deep into the summer and doesn’t let up until we hit the fall release squeeze. With a lot of stuff revealed yesterday for lots of major titles to day may feel like a little bit of a light outing by comparison. Yet still, a few notable things happened, with Atlus giving some of their fans a pleasant surprise.
As you might already know, we here that ParaNerds.com are huge fans of survivor/horror games or just horror games in general. After hearing about a new title named AMY that is survival/horror based we were ecstatic to try it out. Is it any good?
If you grew up in the 80s, late 80s or early 90s you might recall a little underrated game known as Choplifter for either the Atari or the Sega Master. I remember both, so I was thrilled to hear earlier last year that there was an HD remake being released on XBLA, well it’s now released but does it save lives or is this chopper out of fuel before takeoff.
The summer of Xbox Live Arcade is here again to treat us with its independent goodness. The latest game to be released is Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet.
