You know what we love? Crossovers. Either in movies, TV Shows or comics it doesn’t matter, as long as we see a characters that’s not supposed to be in a universe make a cameo or appearance we get all giddy inside. I think that’s why we loved The Avengers, knowing all those characters from different movies share the same universe is awesome. The Simpsons will crossover with Family Guy this coming Sunday and that’s the first time in a long time I’m looking forward to a new Family Guy episode. Video games are no strangers to this either as there have been a number of crossover titles. Characters showing up in other games or even just easter eggs or cameos, it’s fun to see them let alone have a game based on the concept of a crossover. There have been a lot of these games. Some we’ve never heard of. But regardless here are the Top Ten Video Game Crossovers.

WOW! What a YEAR. There were a lot of great games that came out this year, some better than others. We had comebacks, remakes, and just awesomeness come together. Let alone the release of the new consoles (and no those games aren’t on this list because…Knack…). So we here at Paranerds.com combined our big-fat-heads together and came up with a list. When the name appeared more than once the game made it on the list, if that didn’t happen we took a look at the highest-rated and most fun experiences we’ve had with these games. This is the Top Ten Games of 2013.

Before I begin this review I should state that while I did manage to watch a few episodes of DuckTales growing up I was never very familiar with the show and I have never played the original DuckTales game, so I’m not in a position to judge how well this serves as a an adaptation or a remake.

It’s almost August. That means that gamers can finally go inside again. No doubt burned by the sun and feeling unrecognizably better about themselves after fresh intakes of oxygen. The summer drought is done, and all of that disposable income we saved up is about to get [un]wisely spent on the usual overflow of August-December release titles. Today Capcom has announced that DuckTales: Remastered will officially release from this August on all major platforms: PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U and PC. In North America, the game will be available for digital download on August 13 (on PSN, Nintendo eShop on Wii U and PC), with an XBLA version launching September 11.
